Job summary

Snooze is seeking a Full-time Sales Assistant for Bundall & TW locations. You will work across Tweed Heads and Bundall stores, offering sleep solutions and guiding customers through purchases.

The role includes a mix of weekdays, weekends, and public holidays with flexibility for part-time or casual hours. You will build rapport with customers, deliver exceptional service, merchandise displays, and keep the store standards high.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred, but not essential.
• Excellent relationship-building skills.
• Positive attitude, energy, and the ability to inspire others.
• Collaborate with your team to hit targets and store goals.
• Adept with computers (Pronto is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Build rapport and establish relationships with customers.
