Job summary

dormakaba is seeking a Part-time Service Administrator to support the Moorebank service team. This office-based role requires accuracy, portal coordination, and responsive customer support three days per week.

You will work with the service managers on renewals, update client/site records, and assist with portal work orders, while providing backup support to coordinators and the scheduling team.

Position Overview

Dorma Hueppe, part of the global dormakaba Group, is a market leader in movable wall and partition solutions. Delivering innovative space management systems across hotels, convention centres, commercial offices, education, banking and other key sectors.

This Part Time Service Administrator will support the service team in Moorebank through accurate administration, service portal coordination and responsive customer support. The role is office-based three days per week.

What you will do

• Be the first point of contact for service portal setup, renewals and enquiries; coordinate compliance records to support technician access to customer sites.
• Liaise with Service Managers on contract renewals, and prepare and follow up on service agreements to support revenue and profit.
• Create and update client and site details in the service database; coordinate portal work orders with the scheduling team.

What we require

• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel, and confidence learning and using business systems.
• Meticulous attention to detail, the ability to organise and prioritize work, and willingness to learn.
• Availability to work from Moorebank office 3 days per week

What we prefer

• Previous experience setting up and maintaining customer or service portals.
• Experience administering CRM systems or maintaining client and site information in databases.
• Experience in WHS/OHS administration, compliance, governance or policy administration - highly regarded, not required
