NSW Health in Nowra is seeking a Senior Pharmacist to coordinate and lead the clinical Pharmacy service for the Division of Palliative Care, delivering professional leadership and direction.

You will ensure access to specialised palliative medicines, contribute to medication management, and develop guidelines to optimise end-of-life care, in line with AHPRA, SHPA and PSA standards. This role is on-site at Nowra Community Health Centre.

Formación

• Applicable vaccination requirements for a Category A role.
• Working With Children Check (WWCC).
• Current AHPRA Registration.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and lead a clinical Pharmacy service for the Division of Palliative Care.
• Contribute to the provision of a comprehensive range of pharmacy services for palliative care patients and ensure effective medication management.
• Plan, implement and evaluate patient safety and quality of care including development of clinical guidelines and policies.
