Zusammenfassung

Senior Oncology Pharmacist at St Vincent’s Public Hospital, Sydney, part of NSW Health, leads the Cancer Pharmacy Service and coordinates chemotherapy supply for oncology and haematology patients. The role requires senior clinical expertise and strong leadership within Pharmacy.

Qualifikationen

Current registration as a practising pharmacist with AHPRA.
Significant Oncology and/or Haematology pharmacy experience.
Knowledge of eviQ guidelines and formulary management.
Experience using oncology systems such as MOSAIQ and CHARM.
Excellent written and verbal communication with mentoring ability.
Leadership and problem-solving skills in a team setting.

Aufgaben

Lead the delivery and ongoing development of the Cancer Pharmacy Service.
Provide a specialist clinical pharmacy service for Oncology/Haematology outpatients.
Coordinate and manage chemotherapy supply for oncology patients.
Provide clinical supervision and mentorship for pharmacy staff.
Drive governance and quality initiatives and contribute to policy development.
