• Experience as a Guidance Counsellor in an educational setting with focus on prevention and intervention.
• Experience in addressing academic and life career development of students.
• Experience in administration, interpretation and reporting for psycho-educational assessments.
• Experience in leadership for student protection, critical incidents and risk management.

Aufgaben

• Facilitate proactive and preventative wellbeing initiatives for students.
• Manage counselling and consulting services for students.
• Provide psycho-educational assessments and reports.
• Ensure BCE protocols and quality processes are followed.
• Maintain professional standards of practice.
• Apply guidance counselling skills through diverse interventions.
• Participate in regular supervision and mentoring.
