Job summary

Transport for NSW is seeking a School Crossing Supervisor for Santa Maria Del Monte Primary School in Strathfield on a part-time basis. The role focuses on keeping children safe while you work as a trusted, community-facing presence during peak school hours.

You will work 20 hours per fortnight across the morning and afternoon school zones, with an hourly rate and superannuation. Training and checks are provided, and the role supports local families and road safety.

Responsibilities

• Become a Road Safety Hero that is held in very high esteem in our communities and vital to the safety of our kids, parents, teachers, and local motorists.
• You'll also grow to be a much-loved familiar face around the school with a unique opportunity to touch the lives of countless families.
• Shifts fall between 8:00AM–9:00AM and 2:45PM–3:45PM, Monday to Friday, with 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the afternoon; 20 hours per fortnight.
• Receive an hourly rate with superannuation and holiday pay during Terms 1–3.
