Job summary

Transport for NSW is seeking a part-time School Crossing Supervisor at Danebank Anglican School in Hurstville. This on-site role involves supporting safe crossing for students during morning and afternoon school zones and provides supervision hours aligned with school terms.

Applicants must be 18+, training and uniforms are provided, and you will be asked to complete Working with Children, Reference, Police and Health checks. Casual and permanent opportunities may arise.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be 18 years of age at time of appointment.
• All training, uniforms and equipment will be provided.
• Willingness to obtain a Working with Children Check, Reference Checks, Police Check, and a Health Assessment is vital.
• If you already have a Working with Children Check, that’s fantastic as that will speed up the process.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of kids, parents, teachers and motorists at school crossings.
• Shifts run 8:00AM–9:00AM and 2:45PM–3:45PM, Monday to Friday.
• School Crossings require 20 hours of supervising per fortnight.
• You will be compensated during school holidays from Terms 1 to 3.
