Job summary

Subway is looking for 5 new team members at the Hamilton store. Shifts include morning and evening, with full training provided to help you start a career in the food industry.

High school students are welcome to apply, and previous food experience is desirable but not required. You will work as a Sandwich Artist™, serving customers, handling till operations, and maintaining hygiene standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school students (Year 10–12) are welcome to apply.
• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food storage and preparation areas are maintained to Health & Safety standards.
• Till Operator
• Monitoring stock levels
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning schedules
• Follow security & safety procedures
• Maintain a safe working environment for employees and customers

We have severalSandwich Artistpositions available at the Hamilton Subway store.

• We are looking for 5 new team members.

Shifts Schedule:

• Morning staff
• Evening shift

Lots of room for growth and training provided.

Previous experience in food preparation, retail sales and/or customer service is desirable but not essential because you will receive full training and undertake various University of Subway® courses. What’s more important is a winning attitude. If you’re currently working in retail or in a restaurant, perhaps you are studying or have recently graduated and are looking to start a career in the food industry. This could be the perfect opportunity for you!

• Maintain high personal presentation in the provided uniform to meet the Subway® brand and customer expectations
• Work as a team member
• Deliver a high standard of service when dealing with products, sales and catering for customer needs.
