Job summary

POP MART is seeking a passionate Sales Associate to join our Australia retail team on a permanent part-time basis. With 3–4 days per week and at least one weekend day, you will deliver excellent customer experiences in a fast-paced, high-energy store environment.

You’ll share product knowledge, support new releases, and help maintain store standards and smooth daily operations while growing with a rapidly expanding global brand. Full and permanent Australian working rights are required.

What You’ll Do

Part-Time Availability Requirements

• This is a permanent part-time position.
• Availability to work 3–4 days per week is required.
• Applicants must be available to work at least one weekend day and one late-night trading shift each week.
• Rosters are planned in advance to support consistency and work-life balance.
• Flexibility to support business needs, peak trading periods and major product launches is expected.
• Availability throughout peak trading periods, including November to January, is essential.
• World Square store: requires Thursday to Sunday availability, 3 days per week
