Job summary

POP MART is expanding its retail team in Melbourne, Australia, seeking passionate Sales Associates for a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This part-time role offers opportunity to engage with customers, share product knowledge and drive sales of collector toys and pop culture items.

You will work in a dynamic store setting, support daily operations, manage stock, and ensure a superior in-store experience during peak trading periods. Australian working rights are required.

Full and permanent Australian working rights are required.

Part-Time Availability Requirements

Availability to work 3–4 days per week is required, at least one late night and one weekend day Flexibility to work store trading hours Rosters are planned in advance to support consistency and work-life balance. Flexibility to support business needs, peak trading periods and major product launches is expected. Availability throughout peak trading periods, including November to January, is essential
