Job summary

Southern Queensland Rural Health is seeking a Reporting and Data Analyst to collect, analyse, validate and report data across programs. You will work with clinical, operational and executive stakeholders to turn complex information into timely insights that support planning, funding and performance.

You will help create change through improved data quality, automated reporting and accessible BI solutions, while prioritising collaboration across teams at SQRH Toowoomba.

Qualifications

• Degree in information management, analytics, data analytics, statistics, IT or related field with relevant experience.
• Experience extracting, analysing, interpreting and reporting data in a complex organisation.
• Experience building reports, dashboards and data visualisations with Power BI, Excel, SQL or similar tools.
• Ability to create performance measures and dashboards for operational and strategic decisions.
• Strong analytical, communication and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate accurate and timely reporting for programs and stakeholder groups.
• Produce activity, utilisation and performance reports across services.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and visualisations for monitoring outcomes.
• Analyse trends and drive reporting efficiency through automation and self-service solutions.
