Job summary

Randstad Brisbane is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst (AO5) to join the Strategic Talent Solutions team on a part-time basis until December 2026. You will manage the Blue Card Register and ensure data integrity, audit readiness, and compliance with child safety laws.

Reporting to the Principal Advisor, you will handle database administration, QA, and statewide reporting, acting as the technical contact for SQL queries, Excel, SharePoint, and Power Platform, while liaising with regulators.

Qualifications

• Experience in database management and SQL querying.
• Proficiency with Excel, SharePoint, and Power Platform (Dynamics 365 CRM).
• Experience delivering reliable reporting across multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administration of the Blue Card Register with data integrity and audit compliance.
• Prepare statewide and ad-hoc analytical reports to support planning and identify data anomalies.
• Manage information systems, identify process improvements, write query scripts, maintain data efficiency.
• Act as primary regulatory liaison with Blue Card Services and state stakeholders.
• Contribute to end-to-end legislative management procedures and continuous service delivery.
