Job summary

Adairs is seeking a part-time team member to manage stock levels and assist with visual merchandising in our Perth store. You will ensure stock is well-organised, coordinate stock deliveries, and help the wider team deliver an engaging customer experience.

You should have prior stock control experience in a high-volume retail setting, excellent attention to detail, and a strong commitment to customer service. Lifting up to 10kg is required.

• Be physically willing and able to lift stock up to 10kgs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and well organised stock room with all products.
• Coordinate with couriers to receive stock accurately and smoothly.
• Move stock from stock room to shop to support visual merchandising.
• Conduct stock takes and inventory management.
• Build strong relationships with the planning team to report issues.
• Ensure the customer experience remains front of mind.
