Job summary

On Q Recruitment is seeking a QA Manager to lead quality across a GMP facility servicing the pharmacy sector. The role focuses on supervising quality processes, approving documents, and driving improvements with a hands-on, collaborative approach.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in GMP, a chemistry-based degree, audit and training experience, and strong communication skills. The position is 3 days per week onsite, with an hourly contract and potential progression to permanent employment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of GMP experience in QA/Quality roles.
• Experience conducting GMP/ISO audits and training.
• Strong organization, planning and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review materials against specifications and release for packaging.
• Complete product testing, audit documentation and release finished goods.
• Conduct GMP/ISO audits both externally and internally.
• Lead GMP staff training and development.
• Validate specifications of equipment and processes per regulatory requirements.
