Formación

• Previous experience in residential property management is essential.
• Current Real Estate Registration or Licence (as required).
• Strong knowledge of residential tenancy legislation.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
• Professional, proactive, and solutions-focused approach.
• Strong administration and time management skills.
• Experience with property management software will be highly regarded.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end management of a residential property portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
• Conduct routine inspections and manage follow-up actions.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and repairs.
• Manage lease renewals, rent reviews, and arrears.
• Handle tenancy applications and leasing administration.
• Ensure compliance with relevant residential tenancy legislation.
• Maintain accurate property records and documentation.
• Support business growth through exceptional customer service and client retention.
