Job summary

Meeks Real Estate in Newcastle is seeking a part-time Property Manager who is a team player, passionate, honest and committed to building positive relationships with clients. There may be a path to transition into a full-time role.

You will contribute to the day-to-day running of the Property Management Team, including conducting open home inspections, managing databases, processing applications and preparing leases, with scope to grow within the company.

• Previous experience in Property Management or similar industries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational abilities and time management.
• Attention to detail and compliance with current legislation.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing coaching and development.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Part Time Property Manager who is a team player, passionate, honest and shares a desire to build positive and rewarding relationships with all our valued clients. There may also be an opportunity to transition into a full time role if desired. The successful candidate will be an important part of the Property Management Team in the day-to-day running of the department including (but not limited to):

• Conductingopen home inspections
• Database management
• Iingoing and outgoing inspections
• Processing applications
• Lease preparation
• All other aspects of the department

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE

• Previous experience in Property Management or similar industries
• Outstanding communication skills and dialogue
• Excellent organisational skills and able to effectively prioritise and manage time
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Demonstrate a thoroughunderstanding of the Property Management industry and have sound knowledge of current legislation
• Be passionate about committing to ongoing coaching and development
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite products
• A current Assistant Agent Registration or Real Estate Licence
• Driver’s licence and own vehicle
