Job summary

Davidson Property is seeking a motivated Property Manager to oversee a residential portfolio and deliver outstanding service to landlords and tenants. You will be supported by a dedicated routine inspection manager and a full-time leasing consultant, with access to industry-leading technology.

Ideal candidates bring proven PM experience, strong knowledge of Queensland tenancy laws, and exceptional organisation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Solid experience as a Property Manager, ideally in a senior capacity.
• Strong knowledge of Queensland tenancy legislation.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
• Own transport and a valid Queensland real estate registration.
• Experience with PropertyMe, InspectRealEstate and Inspection Express is advantageous.

Job description

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a residential portfolio while delivering outstanding service to our landlords and tenants. • Presents professionally and takes pride in delivering exceptional service
• Thrives in a team environment and contributes positively to workplace culture
• Current driver's licence and valid Queensland real estate registration certificate required
• Experience with PropertyMe, InspectRealEstate and Inspection Express would be highly regarded, but we can offer training for these systems if needed.
• Must have a Current Real Estate Salesperson Registration/Certificate
