Job summary

Rest is seeking a part-time Project Scheduler to own, baseline and maintain schedules across a busy portfolio. You will collaborate with Project Managers and SMEs to align milestones and priorities, supporting PMO activities and governance as the program progresses.

The role is a two-year fixed-term, with 1–3 days per week typically required. This is a part-time, office-based position in Sydney with flexibility around working days and opportunities to contribute to the financial wellbeing

Qualifications

• Experience building project schedules from scratch and baselines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project; manage milestones and dependencies.
• Experience consolidating multiple schedules into a master schedule.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to delivery accuracy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
• PMO governance, RAID, and documentation experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build, baseline and maintain project and program schedules with milestones and dependencies.
• Consolidate multiple schedules into a master schedule for visibility.
• Partner with PMs and SMEs to establish schedules and monitor progress.
• Support governance, RAID records and delivery tracking.
• Provide PMO coordination, including meetings, communications and SharePoint maintenance.
