Ungooroo Aboriginal Corporation - GP Services in Singleton is seeking a part-time Practice Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team delivering primary health care to the Aboriginal community and others using the service.

You will provide general health screening, assist with ECG and minor procedures, maintain patient records, and work alongside GPs and nursing students. Registration with AHPRA is required and experience in Aboriginal health is desirable.

Formación

• Current RN registration with AHPRA.
• Knowledge of Aboriginal health issues and chronic disease.
• Experience with Best Practice software preferred.
• Excellent organisational and time management.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and professional conduct.
• Experience in a similar practice nurse role desirable.

Responsabilidades

• General health screening and assessment.
• First aid and emergency procedures assistance.
• Assist GPs with assessments and care plans.
• Coordinate clients within the multidisciplinary team.
• ECG and minor procedures support.
• Maintain client clinical records and legal compliance.
• Collaborate with GP and nursing staff.
