Job summary

Woodmans Hill Secondary College in Ballarat East invites applications for an Instrumental Music Instructor specializing in piano and voice. The role involves teaching piano and voice one day per week in small groups and contributing to school music programs.

Reporting to the school leadership, you will work within Education Support guidelines and support students, volunteers and staff, with induction programs and administrative coordination as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Provide administrative support for the Principal and teaching staff.
• Provide administrative support to external service providers as required.
• Manage the processing of student admissions, registrations, enrolments and transfers.
• Provide required level of administrative support for school events, functions and projects.
• Implement induction programs for new staff, volunteers and other workers to the school.
