Job summary

Catholic Healthcare Wentworth Falls invites applications for a Permanent Part Time Personal Care Assistant. Based across Wentworth Falls and surrounding NSW Blue Mountains locations, you’ll provide compassionate personal care including bathing, grooming, and daily living support.

You’ll work with a friendly clinical team to deliver care plans, maintain documentation, and help residents stay connected. Certificate III in Aged Care (or equivalent) and PCA experience preferred; police check and

• Certificate III in Aged Care (or equivalent).
• Recent experience as a PCA in Aged Care.
• Experience or ability to assist with medication is an advantage.
• Police Check and NDIS clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Providing compassionate personal care, including showering, dressing and grooming.
• Supporting residents with daily living activities, meals and social engagement.
• Getting to know residents and helping them feel comfortable, valued and connected.
• Working closely with our clinical team to deliver personalised care plans.
• Keeping accurate documentation and contributing to a safe and positive environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Certificate III in Aged Care (or equivalent)

• A caring, friendly and respectful approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Someone reliable, proactive and comfortable working as part of a team
• An understanding of workplace health and safety
• Willingness to undergo a Police Check and NDIS clearance
