Palliative Care South Australia (PCSA) is seeking a part-time Program Manager for the PEPA SA program to deliver and coordinate activities across the state. You will lead participant engagement, coordinate placements, and promote palliative care education through workshops and networks, ensuring quality and continuous improvement.

The role requires RN with AHPRA, strong relationship skills, and the ability to work independently.

Competenze

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
• Experience in palliative care practice preferred.
• Experience coordinating programs or projects.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and deliver the PEPA program across South Australia, ensuring participants, host sites and stakeholders are supported.
• Manage the participant journey from Expression of Interest through to placement completion, including placement matching and learning objectives.
• Facilitate palliative care education, workshops, presentations and professional learning activities.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with health services, host organisations and community services.
• Lead the PEPA SA Sites Network and other health professional networks and stakeholder groups.
