Job summary

Department for Education in South Australia is seeking a Program Manager, Child Safety and Respectful Relationships Education to lead the development and evaluation of KS:CPC, RRE and sexual health education across preschools and schools. You will guide a team delivering programs, resources and professional learning to strengthen educator capability and system-wide impact.

The role provides high-level advice to ensure programs are current, evidence-informed and aligned with policy frameworks,

Qualifications

Essential: a tertiary qualification in a related education field.
Experience leading education programs across child safety and respectful relationships is desirable.
Strong strategic leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership for the Keeping Safe: Child Protection Curriculum (KS:CPC), Respectful Relationships Education (RRE) and sexual health education across SA preschools and schools.
Lead a team to deliver high-quality programs, resources and professional learning, strengthen educator capability and support system-wide implementation.
Provide high-level expert advice and strategic direction to ensure programs remain current, evidence-informed and aligned with curriculum and policy frameworks.
Represent the department on cross-government and intergovernmental matters and build strong professional networks locally, nationally and internationally.
