• Lead and coordinate the 11-month integration and service redesign of the PEACE program.
• Identify opportunities to improve service coordination, patient and carer experience, workforce sustainability, access to care, telehealth and virtual care.
• Synthesize and communicate complex information to a broad range of audiences.
• Support governance processes and interpret clinical performance and safety data; knowledge of consultancy or specialist care models is advantageous.
