• Requires a vocational or tertiary qualification in any discipline.
• Experience in an administrative support role within logistics/supply chain, agriculture, or similar.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to produce professional documents.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor systems that support operations (purchasing, learning, finance).
• Provide support for safety management systems, policies and procedures.
• Deliver professional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Distribute regional operations information to stakeholders.
• Undertake administrative project work as required.
• Act as a Kronos super user and support operations leaders.
• Coordinate regional training for employees.
