Job summary

HCF Australia is seeking a Branch Member Consultant in Albury to help our members make informed healthcare choices. This part-time role (22.5 hours/week) requires face-to-face and phone interactions, with hours typically 10:00–14:30, and some flexibility for the initial training period in Sydney.

You will join Australia’s largest not-for-profit health fund, delivering service excellence, handling enquiries, and supporting colleagues to maintain member records accurately.

Qualifications

• Experience in needs-based selling and customer service environments.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and confidently.
• Fast learner of computer systems and processes.
• Thrives in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Face-to-face and telephone needs-based selling across HCF products.
• Resolve members' problems and exceed expectations.
