Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service is essential and prior experience is advantageous.
• Excellent communication with a professional, personable telephone manner.
• Attention to detail is required for accurate data entry and records.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy front-desk environment.
• Knowledge of Pracsoft/Medtech is advantageous.
• Able to work within a multifaceted team and independently.
• Neat and professional presentation is expected.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and welcome them to the Centre.
• Collect and enter patient details into the database accurately.
• Schedule appointments when required.
• Answer telephone calls and enquiries.
• Provide administration support and perform ad hoc duties as needed.
