X-Ray Group Pty Ltd in Yarrawonga (VIC) is seeking a part-time Medical Receptionist to join our friendly team. You will be the face of the practice, greet patients, answer calls, manage bookings and support a multidisciplinary radiology team across our Yarrawonga site.

Qualifications

• Previous medical receptionist experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of medical imaging terminology.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise.
• Flexibility to work across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Represent the practice as the first impression at the front desk.
• Answer the telephone and respond to patient enquiries.
• Make patient bookings while maximizing appointment slots.
• Inform patients of preparation, costs and concession card requirements.
• Action referrals as part of a multidisciplinary team.
