Estella Medical Centre in Wagga Wagga NSW is seeking a friendly, organised Part-Time Medical Receptionist to join our busy general practice. You will be the first point of contact for patients, handling reception duties, bookings, payments and records with a strong emphasis on confidentiality and patient care.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, work well in a team, and learn new software.

Formación

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment.
• Friendly, professional and compassionate manner when dealing with patients.
• Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems.

Responsabilidades

• Greeting patients and managing a busy reception area.
• Answering telephone calls and responding to patient enquiries.
• Booking and managing appointments.
• Processing payments and handling patient billing.
• Managing patient records and maintaining accurate information.
• Processing incoming and outgoing correspondence, referrals and results.
• Supporting doctors, nurses and other team members with daily administrative tasks.
• Maintaining patient confidentiality and following practice policies and procedures.
