Job summary

G8 Education Ltd is seeking a Lead Educator for the Kindy Patch Redhead Centre in New South Wales. This part-time role (25 hours per week) focuses on delivering engaging early childhood learning experiences and maintaining a safe, nurturing environment for children aged 0–5.

You will bring ACECQA-approved certification, knowledge of EYLF and NQS, and strong communication skills to support families and colleagues in a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma in Children’s Services.
• Knowledge of EYLF and NQS.
• Experience with children aged 0–5 years.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead educator within Kindy Patch Redhead Centre, delivering high-quality early education.
• Support learning environments and activities for children aged 0–5.
• Collaborate with team to ensure safety and wellbeing.
• Tailor daily routines to children's needs.

This role is Part-Time working 25 hours per week.

About Us

Our children enjoy delightful indoor and outdoor play areas, rooms equipped with the latest age-appropriate technology and learning resources, and a range of activities.

At capacity our centre caters for up to 72children with operating hours from 7:00am - 6:00pm.

About You

• You will hold an ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma Qualification in Children’s Services
• An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A current Working with Children Check / Blue Card / DCSI Clearance
• First Aid certificate
