Job summary

Michael Hill Jeweller is seeking an Office Administrator for our Tuggerah store. Based at Westfield Tuggerah, you will support the store team and help customers celebrate life’s moments in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage financial tasks, stock processes and admin duties while working a 12-hour-per-week roster across Monday, Wednesday and Friday. A collaborative, supportive team culture and ongoing training are provided.

Qualifications

• Organised, detail-oriented and able to handle administrative tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Comfortable using MS Office applications and administrative processes.
• Positive, proactive and helpful approach when supporting the team and customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of administrative tasks including financial and accounts management.
• Handle banking and petty cash, invoice payments and stock receipt/transfer.
• Process goods returns, filing, insurance, mail and repairs, and assist with stocktake.
• Support store team and customers with a high level of service in-store.
