WaterNSW is seeking an experienced Corporate Communications Adviser - Internal (Part-time, Maximum Term) to lead internal communications and engage staff across the organisation. This flexible, up to 12 months, 21.60 hours per week role offers opportunities to partner with leaders, craft clear messages, and support safety and culture while delivering strategic communications.

Qualificações

• Experience in internal or corporate communications campaigns.
• Strong writing and audience-focused content creation.
• Proven stakeholder management and advisory skills.
• Relevant qualifications in Communications or PR.
• Current NSW Driver Licence.

Responsabilidades

• Lead internal communications campaigns that support safety, priorities and major projects.
• Create content for internal and external audiences across multiple channels and formats.
• Provide strategic communications advice to leaders and teams.
• Manage employee communication channels, keeping staff informed, connected and engaged.
• Protect and strengthen WaterNSW brand with consistent, audience-focused messaging.
