Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook meals in accordance with established menus, recipes and dietary requirements.
• Ensure meals are prepared to a high standard of quality, taste and presentation.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and infection prevention procedures at all times.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe kitchen environment.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and appropriately.
• Work collaboratively with Catering team to ensure meals are delivered on time.
