You will prepare quality daily meals for patients and staff, meet special diet requirements, and promote healthy food choices that reflect SALHN's multi-skilling philosophy.

This part-time role requires a Certificate III in Cookery, Food Safety Supervisor certificate preferred, and the ability to work a 7-day rotating roster.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Cookery is the minimum requirement.
• Demonstrated experience in a large-scale healthcare or institutional kitchen is expected.
• Knowledge of modified diets and standardised recipe systems is desirable.
