Job summary

HammondCare Home Care in Caboolture region is seeking a Home Care Worker on a part-time basis. You’ll provide essential care to help older people live independently in their own homes, while building relationships and offering companionship. Travel to client homes using your own car is required, with paid travel time.

The role requires availability 8:00am–4:00pm for a minimum of 3 days per week (Mon–Fri). Female applicants only are asked to apply, and a valid driver’s licence is preferred.
