Job summary

HammondCare International in Caboolture region is seeking a Part-time Home Care Worker to support older people in their own homes. The role requires traveling to clients' homes using your own car and providing compassionate, person-centered care during 8:00am–4:00pm, at least 3 days a week.

Qualifications

Available for minimum 3 days between Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm.
Fluent English language speaker.
You’re a people-person who is patient and solutions-focused.
You have previous experience in aged or community care, or are looking to start your career in aged care.
You have a valid Driver’s Licence and access to an insured, reliable car (min. Third Party Property Insurance).
Ideally, you’ll have a Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support.
If you’re not currently qualified and would like to be, then we can help.
You’ll be flexible around meeting the changing needs of home care clients.

Provide essential, practical care for older people, helping them live independently at home.
Build meaningful relationships and offer companionship to improve quality of life.
