Job summary

The CareSide is hiring a compassionate Support Worker in Kingsville, VIC. You will help clients with daily activities to support independent living at home, working a casual schedule totaling 20 hours per week.

Your responsibilities include personal care, domestic tasks, social support, transportation, and keeping accurate care records. A supportive team and ongoing development opportunities await.

About The Role

We are looking for a compassionate Support Worker to join our fast-growing team in VIC. As a Support Worker/Carer, you will assist clients with daily activities, helping them live safely and independently at home.
The successful candidate will commit to 20 hours of service each week, providing essential Personal and Companion Care according to the schedule below:

• Monday: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM (4 hours)
• Tuesday: 10:30 AM – 2:30 PM (4 hours)
• Wednesday: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM (3 hours)
• Thursday: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM (3 hours)
• Friday: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM (3 hours)

We offer travel reimbursement and company-provided PPE.

Your Responsibilities
