Job summary

Bend + Mend in Sydney's CBD is seeking a friendly, professional Part-Time Receptionist to join our Physiotherapy and Pilates practice. Based at Martin Place, this permanent role offers 15–20 hours per week with no weekend work.

You’ll warmly welcome patients, manage appointments, handle payments, and assist with general administration while contributing to a welcoming, team-focused environment. Prior reception or customer service experience is valued.

• Ordering and maintaining office supplies.
• Supporting Physiotherapists and team as required.
