Job summary

Sinclair Dermatology in Melbourne is seeking a part-time Hair Transplant Technician to support patient enquiries, scheduling and treatment logistics across the hair transplant journey. You will work closely with the Hair Transplant Coordinator, Practice Manager and Doctors to ensure patients are informed and well-supported before, during and after their procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hair transplant procedures, handling and implantation of follicles, following infection control procedures.
• Support safe and efficient delivery of procedures under Doctor and Coordinator.
• Provide high level patient care before, during and after procedures.
• Coordinate hair transplant bookings, doctor availability and room bookings.
• Respond to patient enquiries and maintain records in clinic systems.
• Support training materials and educational initiatives related to hair transplant services.
