Job summary

Talantir is seeking a marketer to launch products and drive month-on-month revenue growth for new products aimed at UX designers. The role starts part-time with potential progression to full-time, offering an hourly rate plus a percentage of sales through our sites.

You will report bi-weekly progress to the founder and manage end-to-end digital marketing initiatives. You will lead strategy, campaigns across SEO/SEM, email, social media, and paid advertising, with a strong emphasis on analytics

Qualifications

• Launched products with revenue and metric-driven results.
• Experience leading SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Familiar with multiple digital marketing channels.
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
• Paid social media advertising expertise.
