Job summary

The Town of Cottesloe is seeking two Governance Support Officers to join our team, working three days per week. You will support Council and Committee administration, delivering high-quality governance reports and assisting decision-making in line with WA Local Government frameworks.

Qualifications

• Experience in a business support or senior administrative role.
• Ability to think critically and analyse data.
• Knowledge of governance practices and reporting is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support Council and Committee administration and reporting.
• Assist with decision implementation and governance advice.
• Maintain corporate registers, leases and licences, and related governance records.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across governance practices.
