We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and motivated Pharmacy Assistant Apprentice/Trainee to join our team and work across our two community pharmacies in Victoria.

Our pharmacies offer both community pharmacy and specialised pharmaceutical compounding, so this is a fantastic opportunity to learn about all aspects of pharmacy while gaining valuable workplace skills.

No previous pharmacy or retail experience is required. We are looking for the right person with a great attitude, a willingness to learn and a genuine interest in helping people.

What you'll be doing

As you learn and develop, you will gain experience in:

• Welcoming and assisting customers
• Providing friendly and professional customer service
• Serving customers at the pharmacy counter
• Assisting with pharmacy retail and merchandising
• Processing prescriptions and assisting the pharmacy team
• Receiving and organising stock
• Maintaining a clean, organised and professional pharmacy
• Learning about medicines and pharmacy products
• Assisting with our specialised compounding pharmacy services
• Supporting our pharmacists and pharmacy assistants with day-to-day pharmacy operations

You will receive on-the-job training and support from our experienced pharmacy team and have the opportunity to work across both stores, giving you a broad introduction to community pharmacy.
