Job summary

Located in the heart of Bondi Junction, Easts Group welcomes guests to Olive & Oak and Artie's, our contemporary dining space and sports bar. We are seeking energetic, customer-focused people with hospitality experience to join our team, with training and shifts provided to help you grow.

In this role you will provide bar service including mixing drinks, prepare and serve coffee and other hot beverages, and promote the Easts brand while assisting patrons with a high level of service.

Qualifications

• Experience in either bar or wait service.
• Customer-focused with a friendly, proactive attitude.
• Able to work a mix of days, nights and weekends.

Located in the heart of Bondi Junction, easts is home to Olive & Oak, our contemporary dining space, and Artie's, our sports bar. Following a major redevelopment of the venue, we've built somewhere the local community genuinely wants to spend time, whether that's a long lunch, a quiet drink after work, or a packed room on game day.

We're looking for energetic, vibrant and customer-focused people with hospitality experience behind them to join our food and beverage team. You'll know your way around a busy service, and we'll back you with the training, support and shifts to keep building on it.

Key duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Providing bar service which includes mixing drinks
• Preparing and serving coffee and other hot beverages
• Consistently promoting the Easts brand and promotional activities
• Providing accurate information on Club activities and assisting with patron enquiries in a highly professional manner

The successful candidates will have:

• Experience in either bar or wait service.
• Enthusiastic and customer focused
• Team oriented
• Happy to work a mixture of days, nights and weekends
• A current RSA & RCG competency card
