BC Project Industries is seeking a part-time Finance Officer/Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping tasks. You will handle A/P, A/R, invoice processing, bank reconciliations, payroll support, and BAS/GST processing in a small, independent team environment.

The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to take ownership of the finance function with flexible options for full-time employment for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Finance Officer, Bookkeeper or similar accounting role.
• Solid understanding of general accounting and bookkeeping principles.
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable and reconciliations.
• Good understanding of GST and BAS requirements.

Responsabilités

• Day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting functions.
• Accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Processing invoices and payments.
• Bank reconciliations.
• Credit card and expense reconciliations.
• Payroll processing and related administration.
• BAS and GST preparation support.
