Job summary

Journey Early Learning Careers in Echuca is seeking a dedicated Permanent Educator to support planning, implementing and evaluating programs for children. The role is part-time across 5 days, Monday to Friday, with a focus on building relationships with children, families, colleagues and the community.

You will lead age-appropriate programs, guide routines, and collaborate with Educators to deliver quality early learning experiences while developing your own career in childcare.

Qualifications

• ACECQA recognised Cert3 or higher is required.
• Experience leading and developing age-specific programs and routines.
• Current Working with Children Check and first aid certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high level of health & safety standards at all times.
• Facilitate learning experiences for your allocated group of children.
• Assist in observation and evaluation of children's strengths, interests and preferences.
• Design and implement activities in the developmental program.
• Be part of a collaborative teaching and interactive learning environment.
