Qualifications

• Experience with play-based and inquiry-based learning.
• Knowledge of EYLF and NQS.
• Bachelor-level qualification in early childhood education.

Responsibilities

• Planning and delivering high-quality teaching and learning programs for children in the Early Years.
• Creating safe, nurturing and engaging learning environments.
• Supporting children's academic, social and emotional development.
• Monitoring, assessing and reporting on children's progress and development.
• Building positive partnerships with families and caregivers.
• Collaborating with teachers, co-educators and leaders to enhance learning outcomes.
• Contributing to the wider life of the College through meetings, events and community engagement.
• Upholding child safety, wellbeing and inclusive education practices.
