• Lead educational leadership, strategic direction and operation of the Early Learning Centre.
• Lead a team of educators and co-educators, drive teaching and learning excellence.
• Oversee compliance and operational performance, ensure outcomes in learning, wellbeing and development.
• Work with the McGregor Campus Leadership Team to align the ELC with Junior Years and support families.
• Coach and mentor educators and support continuous improvement in practice.
