Job summary

Endeavour Foundation is seeking a dedicated Disability Support Worker for part-time positions in SIL homes at Palmwoods on the Sunshine Coast. You will support residents with daily living, personal care, meal planning, and community activities.

The role requires open availability to work days, afternoons, and multiple sleepovers, with a focus on compassionate, respectful support. Training and qualifications are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals with disabilities and complex needs.
• Flexibility to work sleepovers, days, evenings, weekends.
• Open availability across shift types is required.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals to achieve daily living goals and NDIs.
• Assist with personal care where needed.
• Plan meals and assist with grocery budgeting and cooking.
• Facilitate community connections and outings.
• Maintain safety and respectful environment.
