Job summary

Endeavour Foundation in Bundaberg is seeking Disability Support Workers for casual and permanent part-time roles with a 7-day roster and a minimum of two sleepovers per week. Join a dedicated team supporting people with disabilities to live as independently as possible.

We value empathy, strong interpersonal skills and flexibility to cover a mix of shifts, including mornings, afternoons and overnights. Training and benefits are provided to help you grow professionally.

Qualifications

• Experience in disability support and SIL environments is preferred.
• Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) is advantageous.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, early mornings, weekends and sleepovers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities and skill development in areas such as housekeeping, personal care and budgeting.
• Support meal planning, cooking, light cleaning and facilitating community connections.
• Provide support during daily activities and outings, including social events and appointments.
• Help clients maintain connections with family, friends and services.
