Job summary

Glowing Smiles Dental is looking for a Casual/Part-time dental receptionist and assistant to join our team. You’ll work 2–3 days per week, mainly at Narre Warren clinic with some duties at Doncaster as required. Immediate start available. Hourly rate based on experience.

Role includes chair-side assistance, sterilisation, admin tasks, and patient communication. Prior 3+ years in the field and proficiency with D4W/EXACT/HICAPS are valued. Email resume to *******@glowingsmilesdental.com.au.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a dental assistant and receptionist, minimum of 3 years.
• Certificate III in Dental assisting or equivalent is preferred but not essential.
• Proficient in D4W and/or EXACT softwares and HICAPS.
• Excellent computer skills (Word & Excel) are required.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and chair side assistance for all dental procedures.
• Sterilization procedures and high standards of infection control.
• Administrative tasks including managing appointment book, calls, inquiries, accounts and stock orders.
• Excellent phone manners and interpersonal skills dealing with patients and team members.
